IN RESPONSE to Ron Jenkins letter of August 5 regarding “spot check” cameras on the M4.
Thank you for advising motorists that they need you keep to the speed limit at the gantries, one question, shouldn’t we be adhering to the speed limit all of the time and not just where cameras are situated?
