CALLING all tennis players, I do hope you will flock to Beechwood Park next year to play on the new courts in view of the fact that a row of perfectly healthy and beautiful trees have been slaughtered to enable you to do so. Trees on the former paddling pool site have suffered the same fate but so far no news on what madness is planned for it.
