AN AM HAS expressed concern that rapid implementation of stricter recycling policies in Wales will lead to increased fly tipping.
Naturally, the Assembly disagrees and says there is no link between fly tipping and sanctions to “encourage” recycling.
Well, let AMs and ministers walk around the woods close to housing estates in Cwmbran.
They will see that less rubbish going to landfill does not necessarily mean increased recycling!
