IN THE 1979 election, voting first time my father advised me strongly don’t ever vote Tory they don’t care for the working class.

In 1984/85 his words rang true I was locked up under the Tory controlled “police state” criminalised for exercising my basic human right to protest against throwing workers on the dole and destroying communities.

Now in 2017 I am astounded that Tories have the nerve to portray themselves as the party for workers. Like UKIP they do not represent us, here’s why.

Firstly, Tories imposed on British workers the most restrictive labour laws across Europe, worker’s ability to negotiate on pay, jobs and conditions are shackled by draconian labour laws which if Tories win again will lead to abolishing the “right to strike” in contravention of international laws.

Secondly, Cameron’s assault on worker rights and ET fees? Workers now must pay £1000 (minimum) to apply to a tribunal on a workplace dispute.

Thirdly our NHS? Envied around the globe! Tory/UKIP want to privatise it as their hierarchy don’t use it or care for it whereas working people need and use the NHS.

Be warned, Tory/Ukip enemies of workers!
