GOLDCLIFF Community Council (a non political and voluntary body) had its first contested election for more than 20 years last Thursday.
The newly elected council would like to express their thanks to the electorate for their support and interest on what was a rare occasion, also to the two retiring councillors for their contribution to the council and the community.
