I HAVE often read the ramblings of Terry Banfield over the years, sometimes with amusement, sometimes with disgust, but in his latest diatribe (May 25) I thought he descended to a new low.

His description of Margaret Thatcher being “nicely in her grave” was in extremely bad taste.

One further point to Banfield, don’t use exclamation marks in your letters.

It’s like laughing at your own jokes.

(Joke - a witting amusing anecdote, a concept unknown to anarchists).
