ESPERANTO and Adult Learners Week 19 – 25 June 2017.
Adult Learners’ Week is when our thoughts turn to learning skills – whether for work or just for the fun of it.
The movement promoting Esperanto the planned international language provides all sorts of ways of learning the planned tongue including an online course available free on Duolingo.
Esperanto is considerably easier to learn than national languages, since its design is far simpler and more regular.
Also, unlike national languages, Esperanto allows communication on an equal footing between people of different nationalities, with no one having the usual advantage favouring a native speaker.
I hope that your readers will consider learning and using Esperanto, a language which provides an opportunity to travel and meet new friends from around the world.
