AT LONG last assembly member John Griffiths has finally woken up to fact that Labour in the Bay have failed to deliver on the rail link from Ebbw Vale into Newport, which has resulted in lost jobs and investment.
For the record I quote Mr Griffiths from his Argus article. ‘A direct rail link between Newport and Ebbw Vale is crucial for the two areas to prosper, an AM has said.
Politicians and others have repeatedly called for such a link to be created for a number of years, but with no sign of action from the Welsh Government’.
Mr Griffiths comments lays bare the duplicity and untruths that we are treated to by Labour apologist Mr Kirby.
