IT’S like a broken record - travellers set up on sites, travellers leave and council workers are left to clean the area and remove rubbish left by them. When are the authorities going to get tough with travellers and make them take responsibility for their actions.
If someone is caught fly-tipping, they are fined thousands of pounds for the offence - why are the travellers not treated the same.
