THE boating lake is a lovely place but getting there is another thing. I use a wheelchair and my husband has a scooter due to a car injuries.
From the north gate to the boating lake, the road is atrocious ... potholed, badly repaired and full of bumps.
Mothers were complaining that children asleep in their prams or chairs were woken up sobbing, because of the bumpy roads.
If my husband and I were not injured we would have been by the badly maintained roads.
I will be notifying Disabled Wales because of this.
Why spend money on the lake and its area for children if the roads make it almost impossible to get there.
