AFTER reading Mr Richards comment about the fined fly tippers I would like to state that one of the people fined was fined for putting two black bags of good condition children clothes against the recycle bin as it was full.
Lesson learnt don’t recycle anymore throw it onto a travellers site and it will be picked up free with no fine.
