I WAS somewhat concerned to read Paul Flynn’s article today in his ‘Today’ column in which he backs a second EU referendum.

The reasons he gives are pretty loose like the other remainers ie ‘He has done his bit in supporting article 50...but will not be held by a snapshot on one June day as the economy slides to the edge.’ Sorry Paul, first time

I have to say that you now are slap-bang in the middle of the whinging remainers.

I am sure you recall that your voters voted out at the referendum and I can see no justification for you to renege on that vote.

I am not sure why you have done this, but seems like a move to cause a general election rather than the EU. I am not in your area Paul but I am pretty sure many voters will hold you to account if you stand again.

I would add that it was also the Labour Party and WAG’s policy to oppose Brexit from the beginning and I can only hope it does not reduce the party’s votes in the future.

I notice another wide statement in Paul Flynn’s column - that the UK electoral system’s open to cyber hacking (by Russians?)

Perhaps Paul could elaborate on this statement, as I cannot see there is much to hack into to make a difference.

USA system is manly run on computers so I can see the dangers there, but it doesn’t apply to UK does it?
