BLACKWOOD councillor calls for referendum - let the people decide.
Yesterday Caerphilly council cabinet will be discussing the future of Pontllanfraith Leisure Centre which provides an exceptional service to the well being of our communities.
I have written to the council asking, because this worthwhile service has attracted a number of representations, would they please consider having a local referendum in the Pontllanfraith and Blackwood wards so we can have a democratic vote on the issue so the voices of the people can be heard.
