CALL for alleyway to be blocked off at Maesglas Avenue, Newport.
The alternative to using this alleyway is to walk along the pavements in Bideford Road.
These pavements are distorted by tree roots, on frosty days are extremely icy and on wet days the road is like a river with cars splashing water.
For these reasons I would like the alleyway left open.
