WHILE out on my early morning walk, litter picking, I came across two black bags of rubbish dumped one each end of the bridge over the dual carriageway in the local area.

Both bags had been ripped open, and the contents were strewn around. I managed to pick up some of the rubbish but couldn’t take it all.
The rubbish the bags contained could have been put in the green bin, so why did the despicable person or persons decide to dump the bags instead.

On the news, one place in Wales, is thinking of fining people who don’t recycle correctly - £100.

When you think tin, plastic, paper, glass, cardboard, drink cartons and waste food can be recycled, peoples bins shouldn’t be full and overflowing with rubbish.
