PLAID Cymru and its members hasn’t got a monopoly on republicanism. Apart for the Conservative Party, there are republic minded people within the ranks of both the Labour Party and Liberal Party. There are thousands of people living in England who are anti royalist, but are not members of Plaid Cymru. One day when Wales becomes independent we could be the same as Australia, Canada, New Zealand and have the Queen head of the Commonwealth.
