I completely sympathise with all undergoing any work on behalf of Newport City Homes. They have rushed the investment programme to show the Welsh Government that they are complying with the WHQS. However, the blame lies with Newport City Council, as they have not monitored Newport City Homes’ performance. Perhaps if NCH and the council worked closer together, none of these problems would occur
