THANK you for the coverage of Bron Afon charges issue.

We are victims of these charges also.

We received notice of proposed works to our block after accepting an offer on our flat. Our buyers then pulled out of the sale.

We have many issues with these charges and their work.

I think the charges should be capped at an acceptable amount.

We are paying to maintain their overall asset. It adds no value to our property. It has, in fact, wiped money off our property.

We receive no form of guarantee or warranty when having windows/cavity wall insulation etc.

Our proposed costs are in the region of £7,000 to £9,000.

We are a family with a young child with only one working.

We have no leftover money at the end of the month.

Where are we supposed to find this money? I do not know.

Even paying by their payment plan, we are looking at paying £166 per month which we simply do not have.
