I’D LIKE to thank two wonderful policemen who came to help on July 4 in Maindee, Newport. I skidded on a wet mess of pasty that had been dropped. I went flying and landed on the pavement. A gentleman tried to help me up but I couldn’tmove. I was shocked and stunned. Two policemen came rushing up (talk about chariots of fire).
They picked me up and were so kind and caring. The gentleman and the two policemen weremyknights in shinning armour. Thank you to the pasty dropper – next time please pick up your rubbish to save accidents like mine.
