The Newport & District branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society would like to thank the people of Newport and Caerphilly for your support in all our fundraising activities over the last few years.
As a result of your continuing generosity, we have been able to acquire an additional minibus/ambulance which, for many of our members, is the only means by which they are able to leave the confines of their own homes. We are entirely self-financing and rely on such generosity in order to provide support and services to sufferers and their families within our area. We meet each Friday morning at Shaftesbury Community Centre between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
Our Caerphilly Support Group meets on the first and third Thursday of every month at Penyrheol Community Centre between 2pm and 4pm. Each centre extends a warm, understanding welcome to anyone who is affected by this devastating condition whether sufferer, carer, family member or friend. We can be contacted on 01633 663777 and transport can now be provided if so required.
