I REFER to Mr Davey’s wife’s experience at the eye clinic at the Royal Gwent Hospital. This has been going on for quite a few years.
I have had an appointment cancelled at reception. My last two appointments were 18 months apart, the last being in May 2011, after being told six months by the doctor. I am still waiting.
