TUCKED away on page 7 of the Argus (19.9.12), you state that it is now 15 years since Wales voted for a devolved government. May I remind you that the vote went 25 per cent of the electorate against, 24 per cent in favour of an Assembly, with a number of ballot boxes still missing. While these boxes remain missing, the Assembly will remain gerrymandered into being, in my opinion. Bring back Mike Buckingham!
