I HAVE travelled on public transport during daytime hours. I have found that so- called young adults who get on the bus at the College in Ebbw Vale act more like schoolchildren. They raise their voices, shouting back and forth to each other and using foul language which I find distasteful when the young ladies swear at the boys and vice versa.

These young people do not seem to respect each other or the people around them.

If they wish the older generation to give them respect, then they should grow up and act like adults and not children. I blame the education system and families for lack of discipline in schools and the family home for not educating them on how to behave when out and about.
