DUMB and dumber? There are, currently, roadworks on the Blackwood bypass which result in the closure of the road nightly between 7pm and 6am.
The diversion signs instruct you to use Blackwood High Street as the authorised diversion between 7pm and 6am on the days of closure of the bypass. Why is it then, that on each Thursday evening, the bypass closes and the police/council still close Blackwood High Street? Further words fail me!
