Chance to get healthy in Monmouthshire

A PROJECT called MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition...Do It), a free, 10-week, community-based family programme for overweight and obese children aged 7-13 years, will be launched in Monmouthshire in the autumn.
The Assembly-funded project, based around physical activity and developing healthier attitudes to food and nutrition, is already running successfully in Blaenau Gwent.
