Children from Chepstow's Club Bonjour ended the term with a small concert for their parents.
The children sang Les numeros (The numbers), Tete, epaule, genoux, pied (Head, shoulders, knees and toes), L'elephant (The Elephant) and Les jours de la semaine (Days of the week).
The parents were delighted to hear what the children had been learning and with the way they all sang so confidently in French. The singing was followed by the presentation of certificates of achievement.
Club Bonjour is a fun French club for children aged five to seven and has been running in Chepstow since October 2007. It has proved to be so popular that it now runs several sessions in Chepstow throughout the week and classes have also recently started in Caldicot and Monmouth.
