MONMOUTHSHIRE Council is due to consider a planning application to convert a barn into a home to let.
The application was submitted by David Vaughan to convert the redundant grade II listed barn at Parc Lettis, Penpergwm near Abergavenny.
A neighbour has sent a letter of objection against the proposal on the grounds of noise and visual impact to the area.
There is also an application to turn a two bedroom house into a holiday let at the same farm.
Both applications are recommended for approval and will be discussed at Monmouthshire's planning committee meeting tomorrow.
