The ever popular LlanthonyValley and District Show will be held at Court Farm Llanthony on Saturday August 2. Serious fundraising for the event continues with two events at Mark Morgan's Maes-y-beran farm near Llanthony. These take place on Saturday May 31 and tickets can be booked in advance.
From 2 to 4 pm there will be a Barbecue costing £5 for adults and £3 for children. This will be followed by a Spring Fling Dance beginning at 8pm. There will be a live Country and Western Band and refreshments. Tickets for the Dance cost £5 and these and the Barbecue tickets can be booked with the new Show Secretary Jayne Hart on 01873/890252 or Colin Passmore at Court Farm on 01873/890359.
