It has been another busy year for local artist Caroline Downey of the Downey Barn Gallery in Cwmyoy. Her series of children‘s books now numbers three with the publication of her latest tale ‘Secret of the Standing Stones.’ The first in the series was ‘The Black Mountain Sheep’ in 2006 and the second ‘Shadows in the Fforest’ came out last year. Caroline hopes to publish a series of ten tales in all. They are beautifully illustrated books suitable for children aged 8 upwards and for adults.
