As part of their Sapphire Anniversary celebrations, members of Newport Floral Society enjoyed a return trip to Ledbury.

They visited the Hop Pocket Craft Centre near Worcester for coffee and then lunched at the Feathers Hotel.

After lunch members were delighted with a sapphire demonstration by Carola Wilson. Christmas lunch this year is again at Parc Golf Club on Thursday, December 13.

Members staged a Flower Festival at St Mark's Church, Gold Tops, on the theme of "Worship the Lord in the Beauty of Holiness".

The Annual Coffee morning at the King's Hotel raised funds for Growing Space, which provides support for mental health sufferers.

The Society Meets at St Julian's Methodist Church on the first Thursday of each month at 2.15pm. New members are always welcome.
