Malpas pupils make book for Newport

As part of the National Year of Reading, children helped create A Book for Newport.
Working alongside author Thomas Docherty, 400 children at schools including Lodge Hill Infants, Lliswerry Infants, Monnow Junior School and Malpas Court Primary wrote pieces.
A limited number of copies will be published by the city council and made available at libraries.
