If you feel your family is watching too much television, then why not become part of International TV Turnoff Week, between April 23-27.

Join in this campaign and organise a good old-fashioned family night with a healthy prepared family meal and conversation around the table, followed by a family night of jig-saws, cards and board games.

Or, perhaps, enjoy a walk first, followed by that family meal and invite some friends round.
