FOOD CO-OP: Feel good at the food co-op is an event organised by Tillery Food Co-op. Entry is free and will give you the chance to sample a healthy food café, recipe competition, health checks, beauty treatments, bingo, face painting, infor-mation stands and lots of goodies.

And, after all that, why not join in what promises to be an entertaining event - a walk around the lakes and surrounding area.

FOOD COMPETITION: This competition is organised with Cwmtillery Communities First, Cwmtillery Ward and Cwmtillery Community Events Group.

As part of British Food Week, a competition is being held for the healthiest recipe brought in by members of the community.

You may choose either a main meal recipe, a dessert recipe, or both. The main meal must include at least 2 seasonal vegetables and at least 1 seasonal fruit for the dessert recipe.

An exciting prize will be awarded for the winning recipes.
