HERE'S TO THE FUTURE: The New Kip McGrath Education Centre in Cwmbran was officially opened by Michael German MBE AM, on Monday, March 3.

The centre is one of over 200 such centres in the UK which provide professional tutoring for children aged six to 16 in reading, spelling, English and mathematics.

Also in attendance was Julia Newbery, who is the National Master Franchisee for Kip McGrath Education Centres UK.

In his comments, Mike German welcomed the centre's opening in the area, believing that it is by investing in providing the basic skills for our young people that this area will be able to attract and maintain quality jobs.

He was very impressed with the Centre and thought that it would stimulate children with its bright and informative decor, whilst help them reach their full potential through its clear, individual curriculum.

Lewis Evans, the first enrolled student at the centre provided the scissors for Mr German, and said that "he had been to the centre for a few sessions and thought it was a cool place. He learned a lot, whilst having a lot of fun."

The centre is now enrolling and anyone wishing to book a free assessment for their child should contact Steve (The Centre Director), by telephoning 01633 871313.
