Sunday, June 8 sees It's A Knockout, at Newbridge Rugby Club - It's a team event and a great family day out, with lots of activities, entertainment, and live music at the rugby club in the evening.
On Saturday, June 21, it's the Hospice Heights Challenge - Three Mountains in one Day, Pen-y-Fan, The Sugar Loaf and Twmbarlwm.
A great team building event, each team of four (plus a driver and vehicle) is being asked to raise a minimum of £500 in order to take part in this event.
