TORFAEN mayor Bill King is holding a public cookery demonstration using local produce to show off what is available in Torfaen and the surrounding area.
Councillor King, a keen cook who has taken cookery courses in both Ireland and Italy, will make soda bread at Greenmeadow Community Farm, Cwmbran on March 17 at 7pm.

Donations from the night will go towards the Mayor's Charity Appeal, supporting Amnesty International and War on Want.
