£20,000 scheme for Torfaen kerbs

TORFAEN council is proposing to set aside £20,000 a year for the installation of dropped kerbs at sites across the county borough, to aid safer road crossing for disabled people and those with pushchairs or prams.
It also proposes to soend £5,000 on a survey of safe sites for such kerbs.
