TREDEGAR Development Trust wants to create a 26-place facility for Flying Start, a project offering support to children up to three years old and their families, on land at Attlee Way, Tredegar.
The trust is a not-for-profit organisation which aids the town's regeneration by providing opportunities for people of all ages.
