COUNCILLORS are to consider plans to make the road leading to Cwmcarn Forest Drive in the Nantcarn Valley a private road.
The measure would allow Caerphilly council to reduce the speed limit on the road to 15mph.
The local authority's regeneration and scrutiny committee will consider the plans tomorrow.
