2012 marks the centenary year of photography being taught in Newport and, as part of celebrations, university tutors are calling for people in these pictures, from a document photography project run during the 1980s, to come and join them in celebrations. The pictures were taken for the Newport Survey, a project which documentary photography students did throughout the 1980s to capture life in Newport.
