PADDY Power bookmakers will appear in Cardiff County Court today to over a giant 270ft promotional sign they erected on a site overlooking Celtic Manor Golf Course in Newport, Wales.
Monmouthshire County Council are seeking an injunction to force the internet bookie to remove the sign however, Paddy Power will be appearing in person in court at noon to defend his giant structure.
The structure is to be used as an advertising hoarding by Paddy Power bookmakers.
The council say the firm do not have planning permission.
