ST DAVID'S Foundation Hospice Care has been caring for the people of Gwent for 30 years. And every year, St. David's provides hospice care to over 2,600 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. As the charity celebrates the milestone in 2009, We look at the history of the hospice, how they have helped so many people in Gwent and finds out how you can help give the charity their best birthday present ever by pledging your support.
