LLANDOVERY v BEDWAS
TOMORROW’S match of the day could well be at Church Bank where unbeaten league leaders Llandovery entertain third-placed Bedwas.
Steve Law’s men have been excellent in the Premiership this season, the Gwent side with six wins and two defeats so far.
Aberavon put the brakes on the Drovers’ 100 per cent record last weekend when they held Llandovery in a 32-32 draw at the Talbot Athletic Ground.
Bedwas were involved in a bizarre scrap at Pandy Park which saw them emerge victorious in the last minute over Cross Keys.
Outside half Richard Powell kicked 26 points, including a dramatic a penalty in the dying seconds, to see his side home 31-28 and fend off a Keys comeback after the hosts had trailed 25-3 at one point late in the first half.
Victory for Bedwas could see them top the table and no one could dare deny the Bridgefield side that.
