BLACKWOOD'S Craig Evans made it eight wins out of eight at London's York Hall by dispatching Ideh Ockuko.
The lightweight looked to be roaring away with things after flooring his Bermondsey opponent in the first round on the underard of the bill that saw Frankie Gavin defeat Junior Witter.
The 23-year old remained in control despite suffering a cut above his left in the fourth round after a clash of heads with Ockuko who lost on points to St Joseph's boxer Mitch Buckland in March.
Evans was able to continue despite the cut and took the verdict over six sessions 60-54 on referee Robert Williams' card.
