NEWPORT County AFC fans will be able to cheer on their side for just £10 for adults and £1 for children at Saturday’s relegation six-pointer against Leyton Orient at Rodney Parade.

County remain bottom of League Two and Orient are just one place and three points above Graham Westley’s men in 23rd ahead of tomorrow night’s fixtures.

And the Exiles are hoping to attract a bumper crowd for Saturday’s must-win encounter.

A club statement reads: “With Newport County AFC facing its biggest game of the season so far, it is offering supporters the chance to attend Saturday’s match vs Leyton Orient FC for just £10 for adults, seniors, young adults and students and £1 for under-16s. Under-6s will be free as normal.

“The importance of the game couldn’t be any greater as County seek to build upon their upturn in form in 2017 and look to continue their unbeaten home run so far this year at Rodney Parade.

“Come and support Graham Westley and his Amber Army on Saturday and save up to 50 per cent off adult tickets and up to 80 per cent off under-16 tickets."

Chairman of Operations Board Gavin Foxall said: "This is a crucial game in our fight for survival.

"The manager and the players are clear how vital a role the supporters play and need that to continue.

"To support this, the club is offering a promotion for the game and asks supporters to encourage friends, family and neighbours to come along and support the team.”

Tickets for this game can be purchased online at newportcountytickets.co.uk or at the ticket office from 10am to 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and on match days from 10am.

The statement continues: “Please note promotional tickets are available in both seats and terrace but are only available to home supporters.

“Anyone who has already purchased a ticket for this match may return it to the ticket office to receive the relevant refund.

“The savings extend to our hospitality too where you can enjoy the game in style from just £30 (+VAT) or upgrade to the 100 Club for £15 per adult ticket and £12 for concessions.

“Season ticket holders can also upgrade their match ticket to hospitality for just £20.

“The offers don’t end there as on the March 21, season ticket holders will be rewarded for their support this season by being invited to bring a friend for free to our match vs Luton Town FC.

"Season ticket holders will be able to collect their free tickets for this match from the ticket office from the March 6.”
