GWENT'S Mark Williams will play for a third World Championship title after making the Crucible final for the first time in 15 years.
The veteran Cwm potter, champion in 2000 and 2003, will take on John Higgins in the final after beating Barry Hawkins 17-15 last night in an epic semi-final.
Williams, aged 43, and 42-year-old Higgins both turned pro in 1992. Scotland's Higgins has won four world titles to Williams' two. His last win came in 2011.
The final will start at 2pm this afternoon and conclude on Monday.
