LIAM Williams’ British and Commonwealth super-welterweight title defence at Harrow Leisure Centre this Saturday has been postponed.
The Welshman, trained by Cwmbran’s Gary Lockett, was scheduled to headline the show against Nav Mansouri.
However, the Rotherham challenger withdrew late last week following an injury to his Achilles.
And with potential replacements reluctant to face the undefeated Williams at short notice, the promoters took the decision to reschedule the show with a new date to be announced.
The undercard, featuring Williams’ fellow Welshman Alex Hughes, will remain the same.
Tickets purchased will be valid for the new date or a refund is available by going to the original point of purchase.
