SO will Taulupe Faletau be the sole Newport Gwent Dragons representative at the World Cup or can Hallam Amos, Tyler Morgan, Andrew Coombs or even James Thomas force their way in?

The Six Nations is done and decisions have already been made on the majority of Warren Gatland's squad for England 2015.

Players can do their bit to impress at the July training camps in Switzerland and Qatar but most judgement calls have already been made. Now it's just a case of the players staying fit.

I reckon there are 26 certainties. Gatland famously re-shaped the squad in the build-up to 2011 but this time it is a settled group.

One big decision will shape the squad – and it could come down to a battle for the 31st spot between Ospreys number eight Dan Baker and wing Amos.

Gatland has to choose between an 18/13 or 17/14 split of forwards and backs.

Squad sizes in 2011 were 30-strong and the head coach went with 16 options for his pack, a move shared by New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa while England, Australia, France and Scotland went with 17.

This time the extra man will be another forward and most likely a prop unlike four years ago when five travelled to New Zealand (back then there were seven replacements rather than eight).

I'd expect Gatland will go with three fly-halves with Dan Biggar and Rhys Priestland joined by the uncapped Gareth Anscombe, who can also operate in the back three.

There will be a trio of centres with George North as a fourth option while Amos could make a late charge past Alex Cuthbert, leaving the Cardiff Blues speedster as the alternative to Baker.

Either Nicky Smith or Rob Evans will get the chance to be the burgeoning back-up for experienced looseheads Gethin Jenkins and Paul James.

On the other side it all depends on the fitness of Samson Lee and if his Achilles injury – a nightmare for a front row forward – fails to heal in time then Gatland can either go with a strong-scrummaging but rotund option of uncapped Tomas Francis or the mobility of Scott Andrews.

Hookers are inked in, Ken Owens, Richard Hibbard, Scott Baldwin, and so are locks Alun Wyn Jones, Luke Charteris and Jake Ball leaving a possible decision of a lock who could move back in an emergency in Bradley Davies or flanker who can be a makeshift second row in James King.

I'd love for the Dragons' Coombs or Thomas to be in the mix – with the latter repeating Lloyd Burns' rapid rise in World Cup year! – but it's hard to see that happening.

There will be a big group put through their paces this summer but, just like at last year's Liberty Stadium trial, there are an awful lot of certs, a couple of probables and a lot of unlikelies.

My World Cup certs (26): Halfpenny, North, L Williams, S Williams, J Davies, Roberts, Biggar, Priestland, Anscombe, Webb, Phillips, G Davies, Jenkins, James, Owens, Baldwin, Hibbard, Jarvis, R Jones, A W Jones, Charteris, Ball, Lydiate, Warburton, Faletau, Tipuric.

Decisions looming for Gatland (5): loosehead – Smith/Evans; tighthead – Lee/Andrews/Francis; lock or flanker – Davies/King; wing – Cuthbert/Amos; back row Baker or back three flyer
