MATT Prior was passed fit for the fourth npower Ashes Test at Headingley after England were given a huge injury scare.

Wicketkeeper Prior suffered a back spasm in the football warm-up and the toss was delayed 10 minutes to allow him to test the injury following treatment.

It meant that England made just one change to their side with injured all-rounder Andrew Flintoff replaced by fast bowler Steve Harmison.

Captain Andrew Strauss won the toss and has elected to bat first.
