FORMER Abergavenny batsman Richard Levi hit the fastest ever Twenty20 international century as South Africa beat New Zealand by eight wickets in Hamilton yesterday.
Levi took just 45 balls to reach three figures, crashing a record 13 sixes along the way, to level the three-match series.
It was stunning stuff from the 24-year-old opener, in just his second international match, finishing unbeaten on 117 from 67 balls.
